Text message sign-up & consent
Businesses that use Vocalis (operated by MYNTZ INC) text their own patients and customers only after obtaining consent. This page shows the standard SMS opt-in, including the exact consent language a person sees and agrees to.
People can opt in three ways: (1) verbally during a phone call with the business or
its Vocalis AI receptionist, where they provide their number and agree to receive texts;
(2) by completing the web intake form below, which includes an unchecked SMS consent
checkbox; or (3) by texting the business’s number first. Consent is never a
condition of purchase, and opt-in records are retained. The form below is a representative example of
the web opt-in (checkbox unchecked by default).
